  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
  • Website refers to A1 Transportation Academy, accessible from https://www.a1ta.ca/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Termination

Limitation of Liability

The total liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if no purchase has been made.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injury
  • Loss of privacy

This applies even if the Company has been advised of possible damages.

Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations, so parts may not apply to You.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind.

The Company disclaims all warranties including:

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, excluding conflict of law rules.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any dispute, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

EU consumers will benefit from any mandatory provisions of their local laws.

United States Legal Compliance

You confirm that:

  • You are not on any restricted government list

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision is invalid, it will be modified while the rest remains effective.

Waiver

Failure to enforce a right does not waive future rights.

Translation Interpretation

If translated, the original English version will prevail in case of dispute.

We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Notice will be given for major changes (30 days if possible)
  • Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms
